FRINGE:
Cut 48 - 18 inch long strands. Make fringe with these strands by folding strands in half, insert hook from the back through first bottom hdc, grab half folded strands, bringing loop out enough to pull the loose ends through. Pull gently on each strand. Repeat in each hdc space. If more strands are needed, cut more. If you'd like more fringe, add more.
