2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
29 oz can corn, drain and rinse
5 - 6 small/med potatoes, cubed
4 - 14.5 oz cans chicken broth (Reserve 1 can for thickening)
2 Tablespoon dehydrated onions
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup diced green chili
Add all ingredients in a 6 quart crockpot. Place on HIGH for 3 hours.
THICKENING: Mix 3 Tablespoons flour to 1 can chicken broth. Whisk until mixed well add to crockpot and stir. Cover and cook for another hour or more.
