Vanilla Pancakes Morning Breakfast Recipe

Vanilla Pancakes

Soft, fluffy and tasty! You can't deny yourself a stack of these for a Sunday morning breakfast. Created in the kitchen of Robin Harley.

INGREDIENTS:

1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoons sugar
2 Tablespoons oil
1 heaping TBS baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 to 3 Tablespoons Vanilla

Beat egg and then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Let stand so batter thickens and do not stir again. Heat a large skillet over medium heat to medium low heat (heat may need turned down if pancake gets too dark), and coat with cooking spray if desired. Pour 1/4 to 1/2 cupfuls of batter onto the skillet, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until golden brown on the other side.
